Base64 Encode / Decode
Encode text or files to Base64 and decode it back, with URL-safe, MIME line-wrapped and data: URI forms. Runs in your browser.
Base64 turns any bytes into 64 safe characters (A–Z, a–z, 0–9, + and /) so binary data can travel through text-only channels: email attachments (MIME), data: URIs in HTML and CSS, JSON and XML fields, HTTP Basic authentication, Kubernetes secrets and PowerShell's -EncodedCommand. It is an encoding, not encryption: anyone can decode it. The URL-safe variant (base64url) uses - and _ instead of + and / and is what JWTs use.
Encoded and decoded in your browser. Nothing is sent to tclient.com.
This page runs on your device (WebAssembly). Files are read straight from your disk and never uploaded. To check, open your browser's developer tools (F12), go to the Network tab and convert something: no request is made.
