Turn a spreadsheet export into JSON for an API or script, or an API's JSON into CSV for Excel. The CSV reader follows RFC 4180: quoted fields, commas and line breaks inside quotes, and "" for a quote. It detects comma, tab, semicolon (European Excel) and pipe delimiters and whether the first row is a header. Nested JSON becomes dot-notation columns (address.city, tags.0) and back again, and codes like 02134 or 007 stay text instead of losing their zeros.
